A Whiskey Sour at the Wolf Kino Bar
At Wolf Kino, Hanna and Verena create a home for films that bite, linger, and refuse to be tamed.

Meet Hanna (manager & film programmer) and Verena (founder & film programmer) — the duo behind Wolf Kino, one of Neukölln’s most beloved independent cinemas. For them, nothing compares to the magic of sharing a film in a darkened screening room with a crowd. Their Neukölln? Vibrant, one of a kind, Sonnenallee. A neighborhood with a big heart, a strong pulse, and a deep understanding of what truly matters. After a screening, you might find them at Café Tschüss, Heiner’s Bar, or Nathanja & Heinrich—but Wolf’s own bar is always a solid choice (whiskey sour for Hanna, orange wine or a non-alcoholic Gin Tonic deluxe for the win).
Their ultimate Berlin cinema memory? Screening Werkmeister Harmonies on a portable 35mm projector—beer crates for seats, a packed room, and local kids volunteering as ushers before getting lost in the film.
