Sit in a candle-lit restaurant and tell each other your perfect last meal while you order one of every dish from the menu. Jeroen and Marie moved to Berlin for its endless surprises and the city’s diversity and openness. They connected on Hinge and met in person less than two weeks later for a coffee and stroll on a golden fall day. Their early dates included a sweaty “HIIT” class at Superfit Club and a visit to Kreuzberg´s ramen spot, Buya. Now, their favorite date spot is Orangerie Neukölln, with its delicious vegan menu, summery drinks, and ideal location on the outskirts of Körner Park. Their advice? Meet in person instead of getting stuck endlessly messaging. Some great date ideas for couples who also love food and outdoor activities include getting a drink at Zenner Biergarten after strolling around Insel der Jugend, grabbing ice cream at Duo - Sicilian Ice Cream, or a rummage at Flea Market at Arkonaplatz Flohmarkt.
